The company
The Dutch International Guarantees for Housing Foundation (DIGH) makes affordable housing possible for people with low incomes in developing countries and in countries in economic transition. They do this by providing low cost loans in countries like South Africa, Surinam and in the middle and eastern Europe region.

 

The cooperation with Intervolve and the results
The rented houses build by Intervolve in East London (South Africa) are partly made possible through financing from Digh to Own Haven Housing Association. The renovation of the Skyview building and the building of social housing (sale and rental) in Kenwick Close and Gonubie (East London) have also been made possible by loans from Digh. This involves in total more than 600 houses.
