The company
SWK Foundation (Stichting Waarborgfonds Koopwoningen) is a guarantee fund established in 1978. Its aim is to organise financial guarantees for buyers of newly build houses.

 

The cooperation with Intervolve
In 2007 SWK and Intervolve signed an agreement on the donations of  SWK to Intervolve’s projects. The foundation is particularly interested in the possibilities for education in  building skills in developing countries. Intervolve teaches these skills in its projects. Both parties therefore automatically choose for each other.

The results
SWK’s annual financial contribution is spent on a project of Intervolve in South Africa or Ethiopia. Also, SWK publishes articles on our projects in its annual magazine. The director(s) of SWK are invited to our annual meeting in the Nieuwe Kerk in Amsterdam.
